Arrange an E-Party

Moments of Distinction offers you the opportunity to organise an e-party online. This is ideal for those who are unable to host a demonstration due to busy schedules or lack of space at home. Organise an e-party online by circulating details among your friends, with a link to our online form. You will qualify for rewards based on the orders placed.

how do i host an e party?

• Step 1:
  Complete the simple registration form on the right. You will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes your Registration Code, a link to the E-Party flyer, and the closing date for orders (seven days from the time you register).
• Step 2:
  Circulate the E-Party flyer to your friends and family, together with your Registration Code and the closing date for orders.
• Step 3:
  Your friends and family upload their orders online by the closing date, entering your Registration Code on the Upload Form.
• Step 4:
  After the closing date, you receive your rewards! (See below for details of rewards). You will receive e-mail notification of your rewards, based on the total orders placed. You then have an additional two days to claim your own free prints.

how do my friends and i pay for our orders?

You will each receive an electronic invoice. Once paid, a proof of their print is produced for each client’s approval. Once approved, prints are completed and shipped direct to each client within 7-10 days.

how long does an e-party last?

Orders must be uploaded within seven days of the time you register your e-party. All orders uploaded within this period (orders must include your registration code), will be included in the total sales amount credited to you for rewards.

what rewards will i receive?

The rewards you earn vary, depending on your total sales.
